Terms of Eligibility Students must be enrolled during the Fall and Spring semesters at any college within the Maricopa County Community College district.Family housing residents must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits per semester at ASU or MCCCD (Doctoral students only require enrollment of 3 credit hours).Although we frequently receive requests for housing, we cannot house students from Apollo College, University of Phoenix, or Grand Canyon University.
Student status and eligibility to remain in residential living will be verified during each academic semester.
To remain eligible for housing, students must be enrolled throughout the term and must be making consistent progress toward a degree. When a student withdraws or is withdrawn from a class for any reason, it is the student's responsibility to inform University Housing.
By signing a license agreement with University Housing, the student gives permission for the college or university to release directory and credit-hour verification and financial aid information relative to the student's eligibility and priority assignment status (as per the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974).
