University Housing is pleased to offer residential living options to students within the Maricopa County Community College district. Please browse this website to learn more about housing and dining options available to you.

Terms of Eligibility Students must be enrolled during the Fall and Spring semesters at any college within the Maricopa County Community College district.Family housing residents must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits per semester at ASU or MCCCD (Doctoral students only require enrollment of 3 credit hours).Although we frequently receive requests for housing, we cannot house students from Apollo College, University of Phoenix, or Grand Canyon University.

Student status and eligibility to remain in residential living will be verified during each academic semester.

To remain eligible for housing, students must be enrolled throughout the term and must be making consistent progress toward a degree. When a student withdraws or is withdrawn from a class for any reason, it is the student's responsibility to inform University Housing.

By signing a license agreement with University Housing, the student gives permission for the college or university to release directory and credit-hour verification and financial aid information relative to the student's eligibility and priority assignment status (as per the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974).

Steps for Housing Application

Follow these simple steps to complete your application for Family Housing at the Polytechnic Campus:

  1. Download and print the Family Housing checklist, the Family Housing application, and Family Application Fee Receipt. Complete the application in full.
  2. Mail, email or drop off your completed application to the Polytechnic Housing office.
  3. Housing staff will contact you via email and phone when a house is available to notify you that payment of the application fee is due and with important next steps. The Application Fee Receipt must be received prior to a house being offered.
  4. Move-in dates will vary depending on house type availability.
    • Eligibility verification and application processing will be completed before a house is offered.

Note: House offers are contingent upon background check results which will be run after the application fee is paid.
